Information to note

The Pubs Code Adjudicator enquiry service can provide information about the Pubs Code and its processes. The Pubs Code covers the following Pub Companies and their tied pubs in England and Wales: (Admiral Taverns, Greene King, Marston's, Punch Pubs, Star Pubs & Bars, Stonegate)

Before completing the PCA enquiry form, please note the following:

We cannot deal with complaints about pubs, such as the service you received or staff conduct. You may want to complain to the pub owner or report the matter to your local council. You can find your local council's website through a search on the government website.

We cannot provide legal advice on landlord and tenant matters. Trade membership bodies may offer free advice to their members. Regulated pub companies provide their tied tenants with membership to the British Institute of Innkeeping. You can search for other membership bodies online or find a solicitor on the Law Society's website.
